Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 CAD + $70-90k OTE

A leading technology company operating across multiple markets, offering a suite of SaaS solutions that support operations, financial management, and stakeholder engagement for mission-driven organizations.
Our client is seeking a high-performing SDR Manager to lead and scale a Sales Development function across multiple product lines. This role will oversee both inbound and outbound motions, ensuring strong pipeline generation, fast lead response times, and consistent qualification standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong operational focus, including ownership of both human SDR performance and the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation to enhance productivity, speed, and pipeline quality.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs across multiple product lines, ensuring consistent performance across different target markets and buyer journeys.
  • Own inbound lead management, including speed-to-lead, qualification standards, routing, and handoff to sales.
  • Build and implement a structured outbound motion, including sequences, messaging, and multichannel outreach strategies.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve prospecting efficiency, personalization, and overall team output.
  • Define and optimize the balance between human-led and automated outreach, ensuring quality and performance standards are maintained.
  • Develop and refine SDR playbooks, processes, and performance frameworks.
  • Establish and track key metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and SLA adherence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching through 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management.
  • Design and execute onboarding and ramp programs for new SDR hires.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align pipeline generation with revenue targets.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall team performance.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
  • 4-5+ years of experience leading SDR teams within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing both inbound and outbound SDR functions.
  • Strong operational mindset with a deep understanding of pipeline metrics, funnel conversion, and performance management.
  • Experience implementing or working with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, or workflow optimization is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to balance efficiency with quality when introducing automation into the sales development process.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or market segments is an asset.
  • Interest in mission-driven organizations is a plus.
