- Support the product quality focal point for large-scale landing gear development/production programs.
- Update the quality plans applicable to our development programs and implement the associated training for the teams.
- Define and implement a tool to easily access customer requirements for our various programs.
- Produce the documentation related to the conformity of test units for Test Readiness Reviews (FAI, verification of non-conformities).
- Manage non-conformities and the documentation associated with deliveries (including producing FAIs for our internally assembled units, submitting them, and obtaining customer approval).
- Ensure the conformity of our operations to AS9100 and customer requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering unit/production sites.
- Implement the internal audit schedule in the new selected tool.
- Conduct floor audits (review of instructions and operator understanding/compliance with instructions).
- Review spot checklists and internal audits, taking into account the criticality of sub-processes.
- Migrate corrective actions to the new selected tool and implement the associated KPI dashboard.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and train our teams on quality principles by optimizing the tools used (to eliminate manual tasks).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or possessing a combination of relevant experience and a college diploma in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA) and other relevant programs.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is an asset.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and technical problem-solving.
