We’re looking for a driven and self-reliant individual to join BRP’s North America Dealer Marketing Team as Regional Dealer Marketing / COOP Advisor. In this role, you will report to the North America Dealer Marketing / COOP Manager, and act as a central figure in supporting dealers in their marketing strategies and developing BRP’s turnkey regional dealer marketing campaigns and initiatives. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to elevate our game in the way we support our dealers and make it easy to do business with. You’ll be at the forefront of planning and executing projects that are part of the local strategy, supporting the dealers with marketing tools, materials, Co-op programs, marketing training, and digital marketing services.YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Work closely with our dealers, regional sales and retail operation teams to develop comprehensive dealer marketing campaigns aimed towards increasing traffic in dealerships, retail performance and market share in specific markets or regions.Connect with dealers and learn about their regional reality by analyzing their market data performance.Plan, coordinate and execute personalized dealer campaigns.Work closely with the internal teams to gain alignment on dealer campaign messaging and placement strategy based on identified priorities, retail trends and product availability.Keep direct, constant, and strong communication with dealers’ owners, sales and marketing team and staff, to make all the required initiatives happen.Ensure correct application of the BRP brands and tools in those regional activities.Collaborate closely with the internal team to brief our creative agency on assets required for various regional dealer campaigns or turnkey plans.Oversee the enrollment of BRP dealers in our turnkey dealer marketing campaigns on a yearly basis.Provide monthly updates on dealer campaign performance to our internal stakeholders.YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communicationsAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or go-to-market role (sales programs, marketing campaigns, strategy and analytics) and a strong interest in retail tactics.Strong project and budget management skills with the ability to prioritize between multiple projects, create detailed marketing calendars, track individual projects and deliver on commitments.Candidate must be very proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluent or Native-level English proficiency is required, both spoken and written, to effectively support daily communication and create marketing content with an unilingual English-speaking audience.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and with a variety of individuals and departments across functions and regions.Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with Dealers, Sales team, and cross-functional partners through clear communication and consistent follow-upRequired to work onsite in the Sherbrooke office, 50% of the time or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.Required to travel and visit dealers in your dedicated region at least once per quarter.Preferred:Work experience within a media agency, dealership; powersports or automotive industry.Must be comfortable working in dynamic and agile environments.Ability to speak and write in French.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
