- Implement and maintain Andritz Quality Assurance System on site.
- Ensure quality requirements are followed at site according to Installation Manuals;
- Local contact with customer and authorities for all quality matters.
- Inspections follow-up according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Reception of material at site with inventory database and tracking system;
- Perform and/or witness inspections in coordination with customer and site team;
- Initiate and follow-up on non-conformities;
- Collect quality records and elaborate final quality documentation
- Collaborate with Installation Supervisors to ensure work is performed in compliance with Installation Manuals requirements;
- Contribute to overall quality and excellence in execution of Engineered Machinery projects.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering;
- Passion for Quality and integrity;
- General knowledge on mechanical measurement devices;
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD an asset;
- Practical knowledge of 3D measuring equipment, an asset;
- On site Safety training an asset;
- Effective communication skills in French & English (oral and written);
- Self-driven, resourceful, rigorous;
- Ability to analyze data;
- Hold a valid driver's license;
- Willingness to travel and flexible with work schedule.
