- Accredit entities to participate in the framework's data-sharing ecosystem;
- Maintain a registry of accredited entities;
- Supervise participating entities and make sure the risks associated with data sharing are appropriately managed - this includes assessing participating entities' compliance with the following Consumer-Driven Banking Act requirements for:
- Data sharing;
- Security safeguards;
- Technical standard;
- Consent management;
- Consumer measures;
- Complaints procedures;
- Oversee accredited third-party service providers, an external complaints body and a technical standards body to determine whether they are compliant with the provisions of the Consumer-Driven Banking Act;
- Monitor and evaluate trends and emerging issues that may have an impact on consumers of consumer-driven banking; and
- Foster competition in the financial sector in the interests of consumers.
- Support the design and implementation of the CDB supervisory framework and related supervisory modules
- Elicit, document, and maintain business requirements, workflows, criteria, and supporting operational artefacts
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including procedures, templates, service standards, and training materials
- Support reporting and data requirements, including metrics, dashboards, and internal/external reporting inputs
- Contribute to product backlog management by documenting enhancements, issues, and change requests
- Coordinate with CDB teams, IT, and vendors to support build, testing, and rollout activities
- Identify, track, and document implementation issues, risks, dependencies, and assumptions
- Provide business input to user facing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and policy alignment
- Conduct analysis to support readiness assessments, trend analysis, and early operational monitoring
- Prepare briefing materials and analysis to support decision making, planning, and stakeholder communications
- Build strong working relationships across supervisory, policy, IT, communications, and enabling teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Sound judgment and adaptability, balancing regulatory rigor with product agility
- Demonstrated ability to understand organizational context and impacts of change
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, produce high quality analysis and clearly articulate business relevance
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and implement practical improvements
- Comfort using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, identify patterns, explore scenarios, and support evidence-based decision-making
- Knowledge of agile approaches, particularly as they relate to product lifecycle support and backlog prioritization

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $94,193 to $110,816 (job grade 16)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
