You will collaborate closely with the RFID and Hours Planning teams, Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers to enhance operational efficiencies.Your responsibilities will include developing tracking tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that stores meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.Main Responsibilities:Reporting:
  • Update and maintain RFID and labour reports;
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas;
  • Develop reports highlighting risks, challenges, and actionable insights;
  • Collaborate with IT & AI teams to support reporting automation;
  • Ensure timely follow-up and execution of action plans.
Store Visits:
  • Visit stores to understand daily operations and implement best practices;
  • Partner with Store Managers and teams to identify labour optimization opportunities;
  • Evaluate and improve alignment between RFID processes, store operations, and labour management.
Qualifications:
  • College or university degree preferred;
  • 2–5 years of retail management experience;
  • RFID inventory management experience;
  • Proficient in scheduling and managing store operations;
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Highly organized and efficient;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace;
  • Strong sense of urgency and stress management;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
