- Update and maintain RFID and labour reports;
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas;
- Develop reports highlighting risks, challenges, and actionable insights;
- Collaborate with IT & AI teams to support reporting automation;
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of action plans.
- Visit stores to understand daily operations and implement best practices;
- Partner with Store Managers and teams to identify labour optimization opportunities;
- Evaluate and improve alignment between RFID processes, store operations, and labour management.
- College or university degree preferred;
- 2–5 years of retail management experience;
- RFID inventory management experience;
- Proficient in scheduling and managing store operations;
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Highly organized and efficient;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace;
- Strong sense of urgency and stress management;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
