Provide RF designs including heatmaps for propagation, interference, etc. and RF design support for enterprise cellular networks (Private networks and Neutral Host networks). Provide directions to off-shore RF design engineers to create appropriate RF Desings for different Enterprise based on venue types (e.g. manufacturing site, warehouse, port, airport, mine, etc), use cases, devices and Site Survey reports. Collaborate with customers and partners to develop tailored RF designs. Contribute to technical content (e.g., presentations, white papers, blogs). Support sourcing to identify approved third-party site materials to guide partners MANDATORY: Long-term proven experience in creating complex indoor RF designs using iBwave Proven indoor RF Designer/Engineer across pre- and post-sales phases. Experience from cellular/private networks; Effective written and verbal communicator with technical and non-technical audiences. Organized and track-record of recording and driving actions to closure. Experience from cross-functional collaboration with product, sourcing, and supply chain teams. Skilled in leading virtual teams. Experience in service delivery, integration, rollout, and partner ecosystems a plus. DAS experience a plus. Must be proficient in iBWave and other RF design tools for indoor/outdoor networks. Solid understanding of RF Desing fundamentals, propagation and RF calculations. Strong grasp of 4G/5G standards and 3GPP RAN features. Experienced in site surveys and complex indoor radio environments. Knowledge of North American bands (incl. CBRS), Canada NCL and LATAM familiarity a plus. Clear written and verbal communicator with strong presentation skills. Agile, innovative, and results-driven. Excellent collaboration and time management. DAS design, deployment, and optimization experience. Background in network rollout, tuning, and competitive RF insights. Minimum 7 years of experience in indoor cellular RF design using iBwave. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
