- Capture, produce, and edit high-quality photo and video content (including short-form video and reels) for use across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Manage our content calendar
- Plan and storyboard shoots, including shot lists and creative direction
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to ideate, plan, and execute content for campaigns and ongoing brand storytelling
- Work with athletes, partners, sponsors, and influencers to develop collaborative content aligned with marketing objectives
- Support content planning and execution for seasonal campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
- Organize, tag, and manage digital assets within the Resort’s asset management system, including user-generated content (UGC) curation
- Manage and upload content on Youtube & Tiktok
- Stay current on content trends, platform best practices, and emerging storytelling formats
- Other duties as assigned, such as maintaining camera gear, managing file workflows
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Minimum 3 years of experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation (experience in sport, tourism, or lifestyle brands is an asset)
- Post-secondary education in marketing, media, or a related field is considered an asset
- Portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work is required
- Passion for outdoor recreation and mountain culture.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with a refined visual storytelling style
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
- Deep understanding and experience capturing short-form, mobile-first content creation and platform trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok-Style content, YouTube Shorts)
- Drone operation experience; valid license considered an asset
- Familiarity with digital asset management tools (e.g., CrowdRiff) is an asset
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize future content based on insights
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to ski or snowboard in varied terrain and conditions while carrying equipment
- Mountain biking experience is an asset
- An understanding of mountain logistics
- Valid B.C. driver’s license
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
- Role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically demanding, including carrying camera equipment in alpine environments
