Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) Certification (or equivalent) 15+ years of relevant experience in planning or engineering, including leadership in developing and implementing sustainable transportation solutions Recognized expertise in strategic planning, public transportation systems, and travel forecasting Proven success managing medium and large-scale projects, with effective direction of project teams for execution Advanced technical knowledge and strategic problem-solving skills in transportation planning or engineering Strong consulting abilities, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver professional presentations Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Experience in leading multi-modal transportation master plans for municipal clients and winning major projects Understanding of Ontario public and private sector client needs and policies
