As a senior advanced analytics advisor in practice development, you collaborate with the team to support AI innovation and skills development at Desjardins. You play a key role in designing, planning and implementing strategic initiatives to build expertise, drive collaboration, encourage responsible adoption of AI, and increase practice outreach both internally and externally. Your contribution is essential to engage stakeholders, create synergies and position Desjardins as an influential player in the AI ecosystem. More specifically, you will be required to:Design and deploy skills development initiatives: Identify needs and create training paths to strengthen AI skills and new work methodsFacilitate and develop communities of practice: Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration through collaborative meetings, workshops and tools, and by assigning ambassadors to act as championsStimulate and support innovation: Organize creative initiatives (hackathons, workshops, challenges) and pilot innovative projects to promote strategic AI solutionsIncrease practice reach and influence: Ensure business intelligence and represent Desjardins at key events to increase its visibility and influence in the AI ecosystemManage partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships that promote co-innovation, knowledge transfer and access to specialized expertiseSupport AI adoption across Desjardins: Help teams integrate AI responsibly by offering tools, training and strategies to overcome obstacles to adoptionWhat we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment
