- Lead the evaluation of existing regional HR technology processes and platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance employee and HR experiences through automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities aligned to the global technology strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology initiatives, including AI‑assisted and data‑driven features within SAP SuccessFactors and integrated HR platforms.
- Lead enhancement requests through the global intake, prioritization, and release process, including AI‑related enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI principles and data governance standards.
- Partner with global product owners and IT teams on the execution of product enhancements and releases.
- Contribute to HR Technology planning by identifying value opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee HR technology programs and projects, including AI‑enabled initiatives, ensuring adherence to IT PMO governance, delivery timelines, budgets, risk management, and quality standards.
- Provide oversight and guidance on Role‑Based Permissions in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring adherence to access governance, security, and privacy standards.
- Support responsible AI practices by ensuring appropriate data access, auditability, and controls are in place for AI‑enabled HR technologies.
- Execute HR technology training and enablement programs related to product releases, enhancements, and AI‑enabled features.
- Partner with HR and Communications teams to develop change strategies that build AI literacy, trust, and adoption among HR teams, leaders, and end users.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology management with functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise or global HR technology initiatives across complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis, Project Management concepts.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts as applied to HR technology, such as automation, embedded analytics, predictive insights, and decision‑support tools (hands‑on development not required).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting or implementing HR solutions
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and access governance in an enterprise environment.
- Change management experience related to technology adoption and capability upskilling.
