- How will performance be measured:
- Meeting deliverables within Client standard guidelines
- Banking experience is ideal. JIRA skills a must. Strong stakeholder mgmt and communication skills.
- Demonstrated previous SR PCO skills
- Candidate needs to be VERY strong with JIRA, and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of JIRA, be able to design and run reports from JIRA. We will ask them to demonstrate this during the interview.
- 8+ years of experience as a Sr PCO, including strong communication skills, stakeholder management, understanding of the end to end project delivery cycle, is able to work effectively in Excel and manage project financials, including generating reporting, solid in understand risk management etc.
- Looking for candidates that have had long term tenures in previous roles and haven’t job hopped.
- RAID log management – Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log
- Reporting – Consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests) Advanced Excel and JIRA skills
- Interdependency Management – Consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project
- Financial Management – Consolidation of monthly costs forecasts, tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals, vendor accruals, invoicing.
- Project change control – Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities
- Artifact management – Organize/track/index required artifacts and log exceptions/exemptions, assist during compliance / delivery assurance reviews
- Schedule Management – track and report on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention
- Very strong in JIRA- design/ run reports
- Excel, Clarity
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint
- Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid)
- Project Monitor and Control Activities (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management etc.)
- Large project/program delivery experience
