- Develop and present detailed, customized proposals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients from initial consultation through project completion.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and build the business.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with digital marketing practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
