As part of Enterprise Network Services (ENS), the Technical Program Management team is responsible for onboarding medium to large scale network projects as well as overseeing and managing strategic programs. Effective onboarding sets the foundation for successful project execution and collaboration. The team is also responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex technical programs and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that network solutions meet the business needs, and the program is delivered on time and within budget.We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong background in network infrastructure to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and driving key network infrastructure projects while also taking on day-to-day team responsibilities. You will oversee the success of onboarding of new projects, manage CapEx/OpEx requirements, and secure funding approvals. In addition to this, you will oversee / lead strategic projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and are executed efficiently and on time.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust and scalable network solution. Proficiency in Jira, excellent communication and strong presentation skills are essential for this role.Primary ResponsibilityProject Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new network infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflow.
- Define project scope, goal, deliverables, and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and access Capex and OpEx requirements ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and approval.
- Lead and manage large-scale network infrastructure programs from inception through to completion. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing projects deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the program.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and utilize Jira for project tracking and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation within Jira for all projects.
Leverage your understating of network infrastructure technologies to guide project planning and execution. This includes knowledge of Data centers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers etc.Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, service delivery team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well defined, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate effective communication across all teams. Ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate program status, updates, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations.
Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.
- Monitor and track risk factors throughout the program lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to minimize risk exposure.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.Continuous improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to development of best practice for project/program management and network infrastructure delivery.Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- PMP certification preferred. ?8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on network infrastructure projects.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise network environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network technologies including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, could networking, datacenter infrastructure, firewall, load balancers, network security, server farms, and systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering large-scale complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
- Proficiency in Jira for project management and tracking.
- Strong understanding of CapEx / OpEx management and experience in securing funding approvals.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to act as a bridge between multiple businesses and technology areas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. An ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Certification, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
