Our 35,000 square foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products including MCC Wrapper/Buckets, Panel Switches, Circuit Breakers, Bus Plugs, Distribution Panel Boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.The Position:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Montreal and surrounding areas in Quebec. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth in the electrical equipment refurbishing and reselling sector.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the Quebec area.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our electrical equipment refurbishing and reselling services.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and expansion of the customer base.
  • Lead negotiations and collaborate with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with the internal team, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and performance metrics to the management team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Atlantic Canada market and business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Can travel freely from province to province within the Atlantic Canada Region
