- Lead a team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel
- Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements
- Lead client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions
- Oversee and assist a team with configuration of UKG (Kronos) to client specifications
- Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions
- Prioritize team objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
- Mentor and lead and develop junior team members
- Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel
- Assist with the development of recommendations and presentations for client engagements
- Participate in client presentations, requirements gathering & design sessions
- Configure UKG software to client specifications
- Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions
- Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
- Mentor and lead junior team members through configuration
- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Canadian Healthcare, in staff scheduling and/or timekeeping is a strong asset
- A post graduate degree is a strong asset
- 1-3 or 3-5 years of relevant WFM work experience with UKG (Kronos) and current certifications
- Staff scheduling, timekeeping experience is required
- Some Payroll experience a strong asset
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Canadian travel may be required, occasional international travel.
