- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and internal collaboration
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a technical sales environment
- Achieve annual sales growth of 10%+ and maintain gross margin performance above 45%
- Manage multiple priorities and submit timely reports and documentation
- Conduct effective sales calls to both new and existing accounts
- Develop and maintain a detailed database of customer assets and service history
- Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to fulfill client needs
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Travel occasionally for client visits, supplier meetings, and training sessions
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques
- 3-7 years of industry-related experience, including at least 2 years in outside sales
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of engineering plastics or vibration control
- High school diploma (required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project coordination, and technical communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical product knowledge and industry expertise
