Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryThis is an exciting time to join the Total Rewards team as we transform our compensation and benefits programs into an integral part of the employee offering and kick off implementation of new HR systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Senior Total Rewards Consultant is a key role to lead, progress and enhance compensation and benefits programs.Initial Priorities:
  • Lead pay equity compliance initiatives and build sustainable programs and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate current compensation methodologies and recommend enhancements aligned with strategy
  • Provide compensation and benefits support and expertise on implementation and transition activities to a new HR system.
  • Evaluate current Total Rewards processes and tools and the implications with a new HR system and third party providers; develop and recommend processes that align with new systems and providers.
How you will make an impact:
  • Consult with People & Culture Business Partners and other stakeholders to define compensation and benefits issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
  • Lead and support compensation and benefits projects, including the evaluation of current programs and the development of new programs.
  • Play a key role in the transformation of our job architecture and job levels, including the benchmarking of our salary structures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the management, education and review of our short-term incentive programs.
  • Lead the annual compensation processes, including merit increases and short-term incentives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on group benefits plan administration to ensure timely and efficient program operation.
  • Work with group benefit and retirement vendors to ensure effective plan management and problem resolution.
  • Keep abreast of all applicable legislation and ensure compliance of all Total Rewards Programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 5-8 years of total rewards experience with a strong focus on compensation
  • Some exposure to benefits administration preferred
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Energetic, results-oriented and innovative about continuous improvement
