- Deliver exceptional in-person and online help desk support, resolving technical issues to meet employee needs
- Logging, tracking, prioritizing, and escalating support tickets as required
- Manage employee identities on Microsoft 365 and other SaaS solutions
- Support tasks like OS repair, virus/spyware removal, hardware troubleshooting, and IT maintenance
- Document technical issues, solutions, and guidance in our knowledge portal to improve IT processes
- Assisting with IT security practices, backups, and governance records
- 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and general hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience supporting identity management tools (e.g., Okta)
- Experience with online support applications or chat-based helpdesk solutions
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a proven ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of your work
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and document technical activities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
