- Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives to provide insights that inform HR strategies and business decisions.
- Identify patterns and trends in HR, employee and business metrics to support strategic decision-making for process improvements based on data insights and analytics.
- Use data to tell a compelling story, translating complex information into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Research AI capabilities, AI trends, and automation to optimize HR processes strategically.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other corporate departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background as an HR Specialist/Generalist and strong exposure to analytics and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and automation in HR.
- Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Possess business acumen and an understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome.
- Results oriented and has proven project management experience.
