- Execute, optimize, and monitor lower-funnel social and display ad campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement through data-backed insights.
- Develop and implement testing strategies focusing on dynamic product ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising efforts with eBay’s broader marketing strategies.
- Use advanced analytics to quantify the business impact of advertising strategies and initiatives.
- Regularly communicate campaign results, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Advertising Expertise: Strong understanding of social and display advertising platforms, preferably with dynamic product ad experience.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with data analysis tools and techniques, able to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Project Management: Experienced in leading projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising campaign operations, particularly with social and display ads.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and testing methodologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools like Excel, Tableau or similar.
