Reporting to the brand lead, you'll play a key role in driving the success of product launches, growing pillar products, and creating engaging consumer experiences.Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
  • Launch & Growth: Support the implementation of new product launches and maintain growth in pillar products.
  • Marketing Strategy: Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Consumer Insights: Collect and analyze market and consumer data to make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, education) and partner agencies to execute broader business strategies.
  • Brand Identity: Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) to ensure alignment with Redken's DNA.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or project management.
  • Are skilled in Marketing Strategy, Consumer Insights, Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Brand Management.
  • Are organized, agile, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bring a spirit of initiative, creativity, and collaboration to everything you do.
