
Manager, Organizational Development - 12 month contract

- Act as a key advisor in defining the organization's strategic HR direction and provide HR consulting and strategic advisory services to support major projects related to human capital planning, including assessing future talent needs, projecting the organization's talent supply and developing succession plans and an organizational people plan.
- Lead talent management, learning & development and employee engagement projects, plans and initiatives and work collaboratively with leaders and staff across the organization to integrate talent management, learning & development plans, and employee engagement initiatives into day-to-day business practices and activities.
- Directly manage a team of organizational development professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to foster their growth and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage complex Organization Development initiatives, including facilitating the scoping of projects and identification of deliverables; oversee the assessment and acquisition of resources; monitor progress and outcome; manage project teams and budget; approve expenditures within assigned authority; resolve complex issues/matters as required.
- Lead and manage the development of comprehensive evaluation methods and performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness. Leverage strong partnerships with Executives and ELT to continually evaluate the effectiveness of programs, policies, and practices in aligning people and talent strategies with business objectives across the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies, programs, and processes in alignment with HR strategies, ensuring compliance with legislation, procedures and best practices. This includes the preparation of Requests for Proposals and other tender documents; review and evaluate responses to RFPs and tenders.
