- Certifications Required: CSM or PSM is a must have, Safe Scrum Master is a nice to have
- Years of Overall Experience: 2+ years of experience (flexible)
- How will performance be measured: Hitting deliverables and timelines etc.

- How much time is being spent in meetings – 2-3 hours per day on average
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal and external
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Ability to work with and support multiple pods at once
- CSM or PSM certification
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask
- Very organized and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Previous Client or banking experience
- Safe Scrum Master certification
- Clarity experience
