- Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
- Working closely with the project management team to ensure the coordination of the testing activities with the project schedule.
- Leading and mentoring the QA testing team.
- Developing and managing the overall software test strategy.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Coordinating testing activities and ensuring the quality of the testing process.
- Identifying, recording, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing efforts.
- Reporting on test results, providing relevant data and information.
- Participating in the software design process to provide input on potential problem areas.
