  • As the SAP Data Migration Delivery Lead, you will be the strategic and technical heartbeat of
our data transition efforts. You aren't just moving records; you are ensuring the integrity of ourdigital core. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and govern the end-to-endmigration of complex data sets from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Define the data migration strategy, including scoping,
extraction, transformation, and upload cycles (Mock Cuts).
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of functional consultants and technical
developers, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technicalexecution.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, mapping rules, and
validation protocols to ensure "Fit for Purpose" data.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between IT and Business
owners to resolve data defects and secure sign-offs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
process and implement contingency plans to ensure go-live readiness
