They manage all administration related tasks to external consultants, including the maintenance of the database of new candidates and the conduct of onboarding activities. The incumbent will also assist in the execution of the practice resource plans as part of day-to-day project assignment tasks and support other initiatives to maximize efficiency and consultant engagement.CHALLENGES TO BE METAssist in meeting the team's staffing requirements for delivery, by processing screening and classifying new applications in the database for recruitment purposes.Prepare and send all registration documents for new consultants and support other onboarding activities to ensure a successful probationary experience and transition to "partner" status.Assist the team in maintaining and improving the content of the consultants resumes/profiles as well as the information captured on skills and experience in the sector.Collaborate with the Consultant Network Management (CNM) analyst on initiatives to increase network data integrity.Ensure and support the Project Assignment function in the execution of consultant practice resource plans.Communicate practice consultants' skills, solutions and fit with segments, and recommend new consultants to ensure they are quickly assigned to potential mandates.Actively oversee and monitor the integration of new consultants into different practices and work with the RCMP and stakeholders to maximize their chances of success.Master the technology that supports the RCMP and the consultants.
