- Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field.
- Experience providing communications or other advice to senior leaders during an election or transition to a new administration.
- Significant senior management experience (preferably in a government setting) providing strategic advice, direction and recommendations on complex communications and public engagement projects and initiatives.
- Experience leading projects, leading change management and collaborating with various clients.
- Experience managing digital communications including social media and website development.
- Experience managing human and financial resources and leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams.
