
Consultant, Defined Benefits Pension Administration

- Manage strategy and planning for pension administration operations analysis resources (identify and implement operational improvements)
- Coordinate client operations
- Facilitate weekly operational meetings
- Consulting with clients
- Verify and review benefit calculations and annual statements specific to pension plans according to standards and procedures
- Take part in the training of team members
- Provide support to administrators and/or members for more complex cases
- 5+ years in defined benefit pension plan administration
- Experience in operations and in coaching others and optimizing their work
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management is an asset
- French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Accounting Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, in a relevant industry.
