- Data Entry (80%): Accurately inputting and maintaining data across various systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Supply Chain Support: Assisting in supply chain planning and logistics to meet customer demands effectively.
- Order Management: Managing purchase order acknowledgments, confirmations, and updates while building strong partnerships with customers.
- Stock Tracking: Ensuring accurate stock tracking and cross-checking logistics to maintain operational efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working collaboratively with various departments to address supply chain needs and enhance customer experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively address them.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage mild pressure situations with composure.
- A team player who can balance competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Education: College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within operations, supply chain, or customer service. Experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE X3 is an asset) and cross-reference systems.
- Salary: Competitive base salary of $50,000 prorated for the 6-month contract.
