- Project managing the assigned scope of electrical engineering work for water treatment projects of varying sizes.
- Working alongside design engineers, supply chain, and our production team to ensure effective and high-quality delivery. You will drive projects forward with your technical and collaboration skills.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on all aspects of the electrical build and production.
- Working with the in-house production team and ensuring work packages, installation instructions, and required parts are in place ahead of the build schedule.
- Working with our quality assurance team to ensure quality control processes are being followed.
- Working with suppliers and vendors to specify and procure electrical components used within our plants and equipment.
- Generating commissioning and testing plans and supporting commissioning at our factory and customer sites.
- Implementing repeatable designs and workflows while improving our innovative industrial water treatment plants with opportunities to also support innovation, pilots, and new product design.
- Maintaining complete project documentation.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal groups that support the project.
- Occasionally supporting hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Occasionally travelling to plant installations in customer-facing environments for start-up and commissioning.

- A degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience as an engineer or designer in an industrial setting.
- Track record of generating engineering deliverables in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Experience with collaborating in multidisciplinary teams where multiple stakeholders are involved.
- Knowledge of Canadian or US Electrical Codes and their application.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Bonus: working knowledge and familiarity with developing electrical schematics using EPLAN and/or AutoCAD.
