Career growth opportunities within the organizationWhat You’ll DoDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy duty trucks and equipment
Provide leadership and technical guidance to technicians and apprentices on the evening shift
Assist with coordinating workflow to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
Communicate with service advisors and management regarding job progress and priorities
Support troubleshooting of complex repairs and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environmentWhat We’re Looking ForJourneyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty Technician certification
Strong knowledge of truck diagnostics and service operations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide other technicians
