We're currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated CVIP Licensed Heavy-Duty Trailer Technician.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspensions, lights, wiring, doors, and flooringPerform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspectionsUse diagnostic tools and manuals to identify issuesHelp maintain accurate service records and reports for the Rental DepartmentEnsure all repairs are completed efficiently and safelyKeep work area clean and organizedCollaborate with team members and communicate with Rental and Service personnelQualifications:· 2+ years of experience in trailer repair or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance preferred· Valid CVIP licence, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring, suspension, and some hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawingsValid driver’s license (Class one or three licence an asset)What We Offer:· Competitive pay based on experience· Tool, health, dental, and insurance benefits· Retirement plan optionsOngoing training and career developmentSafe, supportive, and team-focused work environmentLife Coach available
