- Job Description
- Act as a technical and strategic reference for internal teams
- Support engineering teams in integrating digital solutions
- Rigorously manage internal digital solution projects
- Ensure prioritization, tracking, and delivery of initiatives in line with business objectives
- Capture, analyze, and structure requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate needs into clear, actionable requirements (role similar to a business analyst)
- Write user stories, manage and prioritize a backlog
- Actively participate in Agile environments (scrum, iterations, continuous improvement)
- Identify business opportunities related to digital services and client needs
- Actively contribute to developing the project portfolio: positioning, proposal preparation, participation in client presentations
- Structure and evolve a digital services offering (consulting, strategic advisory, integration)
- Advise clients on defining and implementing their digital initiatives
- Contribute to developing digital capabilities within the organization
- Participate in structuring and continuously improving practices and offerings
- Stay close to technical work to effectively contribute to project delivery
- Guide or influence delivery teams in the development and integration of solutions
- Ensure efficient deployment of solutions in client environments
- Promote best practices in software development (DevOps, CI/CD, AI, security, quality)
- Collaborate with other digital expertise areas (GIS, asset management, business solutions, etc.)

- University degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 8 to 15 years of experience in digital solutions
- Significant experience in IT or IT engineering project environments
- Experience in business analysis, backlog management, and Agile environments
- Experience in project delivery and interaction with internal and external clients
- Experience in business development or contributing to winning mandates (strong asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English) required to support activities across Canada
