- Code and process incoming packing slips with accuracy and timeliness
- Review and approve daily field logs for completeness and accuracy
- Order and maintain utility locate files in alignment with company processes
- Track rental equipment and approve electronic rental invoices
- Coordinate administrative paper flow and maintain electronic project files
- Produce KPI reports, conduct variance analysis, and support monthly forecasting
- Resolve pricing discrepancies with Purchasing and prepare financial performance reports
- Diploma or Degree in Business Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; construction industry experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to support continuous improvement and team collaboration
