Join our Global Technology Strategy team!This role offers a unique opportunity to lead data process initiatives which contributes to strategy and enterprise enablement as well as supporting risk management, audit readiness, business continuity planning (BCP), and enterprise process documentation & improvement.As a key contributor to strategic reviews and operational reporting, you’ll help shape data-driven decisions across technology, finance, procurement, and operations.This position will drive and improve data processes. You’ll gain exposure to high-impact projects and develop insights that support the organization’s mission to deliver smarter and more resilient outcomes.Position Responsibilities:Drive process automation and continuous improvement in BI workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Assist in managing risk, conducting audits, and coordinating BCP by analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing operational perspectives.Collaborate with team members across departments to define critical metrics, scope analytics projects, and align data strategies with business goals.Perform data validation to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs.Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to senior leadership and business partners to support data-driven decisions.Required Qualifications:Proven ability in process improvement in business intelligence, data analytics, or technology strategy roles.Experience in supporting risk, audit, and BCP initiatives.Minimum 5 years+ of hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, MS Office, Archer or related.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in analytics platforms and/or project management.Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience working in multi-functional teams with a focus on operational risk and compliance.When you join our team:
