Our client, a Vancouver-based insurance and investment service provider with a solid reputation of several decades in the business of providing innovative solutions to grow and preserve their clients' wealth, is seeking a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator with strong client service experience and life insurance and investment acumen.Location: Vancouver, BCExpected Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skillsetResponsibilities:
  • Process new business applications for life insurance and investment products, ensuring all forms and follow-ups are completed
  • Oversee the processing of policy placements, replacements, and conversions, while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Generate and distribute listings for term insurance anniversaries and GIC maturities
  • Provide insurance quotes and prepare/update insurance and investment summaries
  • Process client transactions, including deposits, fund transfers, withdrawals, and PAC/SWP changes
  • Provide superb client service and resolve inquiries related to policies
  • Manage special projects and tasks as required by Advisors
  • Foster strong relationships with insurance and fund companies
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in the insurance and investment industry
  • LLQP license. If direct experience working with insurance products, the company can support the completion of the LLQP license
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Great team player who works well independently and in a group
