- Prepare and verify documentation for insurance and investment application
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, ownership changes, and premiums
- Maintain communication records and assist with follow-ups through MS Teams and phone
- Handling of the client deposits
- Collaborate with 2-5 financial advisors depending on business needs
- 3+ years of experience in individual life insurance
- LLQP license (or willingness to obtain/reinstate shortly after hire)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple advisor workflows
