- Project management and delivery, as required by the scope of specific client engagements, includes Assessment/Strategy through to the Design, Implementation and Optimization of AI Security governance, processes and technology.
- Engagement management, including project planning, budget and resource management, and the successful completion of engagement work streams.
- Business development activities throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, pre-sales presentations, technical demos, client & engagement risk assessments, bid management, proposal writing and contract management.
- Working with other Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on non-AI Security projects as required.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy focused on AI security and data protection to mitigate risks and enhance security posture. Drive initiatives to integrate security practices into AI models and data usage across the organization.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in AI security and data protection, contributing to thought leadership and innovation within PwC. Engage with external stakeholders, such as industry consortia and research organizations, to enhance service offerings.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in AI systems and data management practices. Design and implement plans to address cybersecurity risks related to AI applications and data processing.
- Policy Development: Establish policies and standards for AI security and data operations. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and best practices in cyber resilience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create awareness of cybersecurity risks and instill a security-minded culture.
- Threat Intelligence & Response: Monitor emerging AI threats and vulnerabilities, providing guidance on incident response and remediation. Coordinate with the security incident response team to address and mitigate cyber threats.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and partners to understand their AI security and data concerns, providing expert advice and solutions. Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to executive management and clients.
- 10+ years of experience across cybersecurity, Data Science, AI or related disciplines (e.g. technology risk).
- AI Expertise: Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894).

- Relevant degree in Computer Science or other applicable degree.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with proven ability to explain complex technical and security concepts to a non-technical audience. Specific relevant experience should include writing and present security assessment reports and proposals.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders.
