Job DescriptionProvide accurate and timely invoicing of customer shipments dailyAssist in servicing customers including answering phonesSorting & Filing of packing slips, pickers, purchasing orders, reconciled reportsReconcile daily cash transactions payments, prepare the bank deposit, prepare and submit deposit paperwork for National Support CentreObtain, review, verify and enter purchase and expense vendor invoices, debit memos and debit cancellations in the system for processing in an accurate and timely mannerInvestigate, resolve and respond to all customer, vendor, credit and NSC inquiries in a timely fashion that exceeds the customers' expectations and benefits of the Profit CentreEnter customer credit notes and vendor debits in the systemUnderstand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit CentreUphold Emco Core Values at all timesSupport all Profit Centre activities as part of the Profit Centre teamPerform any other reasonable duties as requested by immediate supervisor or Profit Centre ManagerQualificationsKnowledge of accounts receivable/payable bookkeeping practices and termsOutstanding customer service and verbal communication skillsDriven to a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors and teammatesAble to prioritize work projects and multitaskAble to learn and operate the applicable software system (Infor M3) used to process ordersWilling to invest a minimum of 40 hours in training annuallyValid driver's license or comfortable with commute.Work hours may vary between 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM based on team availability and vacation coverage.
