- Greet and welcome clients and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to accounting inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for accounting staff and fitness consultations.
- Process client payments, invoices, and billing statements accurately.
- Maintain and update client and financial records in the accounting system.
- Assist with the preparation of accounting reports and documentation.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and management team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role, preferably within an accounting or financial setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and company needs.
