  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to accounting inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for accounting staff and fitness consultations.
  • Process client payments, invoices, and billing statements accurately.
  • Maintain and update client and financial records in the accounting system.
  • Assist with the preparation of accounting reports and documentation.
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and management team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or accounting is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role, preferably within an accounting or financial setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
