- Experienced with basic hand and power tools and able to follow instructions
- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety information
- Motivated and a self starter who genuinely enjoys hands-on work

- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending and reaching
- Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
- Build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, pontoons, and trailers for wholesale
- Standard rig all models for Legend Factory Stores
- Retail rig for Legend Factory Stores as scheduled, typically April through August of each year
- Perform hull repairs as requested
- Make repairs/adjustments as needed prior to delivery
- Identify and perform warranty work from the factory
- Understand managers instructions and customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of quality
- Work safely and keep area clean, leading by example
- Help setup and teardown of boat shows locally and within the designated travel area as needed
- Work with retail and service departments to meet and achieve goals
- Perform seasonal services and shrink wrapping
- Perform winterizations
- Assist in performing hull swaps as required to keep the flow of work through the shop running efficiently
