
Multi-IP TNG Diagnostics Developer Contract

The ideal candidate should have related experience in the diagnostic or verification environments with emphasis on ASIC functional and/or system-level testing.You will be responsible for planning, designing, writing, debugging and optimizing functional and stress tests for an Audio Hardware IP. The HW IP is used for audio as a decode flow processor. It also contains a digital signal processing engine within the IP to accelerate the data transfer. Additionally, you are able to work with hardware architects and logic designers to solve functional issues, and customer support engineers to help resolve testing deficiencies.You should be an enthusiastic self-starter, proactive, able to share ideas, and able to provide design verification leadership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop Diagnostic suites with C++ to verify Multi IP/system level features, bring-up and verification on both pre-silicon environment (FPGA, C-Model, Palladium etc.) and post-silicon system (silicon and platform)
- Collaborate with Diagnostic IP developers to leverage IP diagnostic content to build efficient cross IP coverage
- Identify and drive to resolve IP, SoC, board and firmware issues when needed; Provide support to external customers and internal engineering teams using this tool for chip screening, validation, profiling, etc.
- Forward thinker to improve development processes and drive innovation
- Knowledge of CPU and GPU architecture
- Proven experience on driver, validation tool or embedded SW development and closely interact with HW designers and FW development team
- Strong mix of large-scale software development ability and hardware understanding
- Hands-on experience with SoC bring up
- Proficient in C & Modern C++ programming
- Familiar with source controls systems like Perforce and Git.
- Familiar with Linux, knowledge and experience of device driver or firmware development is required
