Schedule: Wednesday to SundaySalary: $55,000 to $58,000We are actively hiring for this positionAbout Match RetailAt Match Retail, we are industry leaders in sales execution, merchandising, and brand activation for top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We partner with leading organizations to deliver measurable results at retail, build strong client relationships, and develop high-performing field teams.About the RoleAs a Team Lead, you will support day-to-day sales performance and help guide a team to achieve targets. This role is hands-on and involves working both in the field and in the office. You will support team members, monitor performance, and ensure strong execution at store level.Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field
- Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representation
- Communicate updates and feedback between the team and leadership
- Help implement sales plans and promotions
- Ensure company processes and reporting standards are followed
- 2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred)
- Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
