DescriptionHello,Our Client in Mississauga is looking Operations Team Lead to add to their Team!Role: Operations Team Lead
Salary: $44,500 - $48,500 + $3,000 in bonuses after year 1
Hours: 5:00am - 1:00pmBenefits after 90-day probation:

3 weeks vacation
5 sick days
Health, Vision, Dental
Eligible to receive Pension and bonus after 1 year
Bonus structure: $500 per quarter, $1000 annually = $3,000 total

2 years of Warehouse Team Lead experience
Logistics environment experience would be an asset
Must have excellent computer skills (Office365) and strong
Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and analytical/investigative skills; strong technical acumen

Responsibilities:

Supervise the activities of all employees (in all operations areas) to achieve established targets
Plan, schedule, prioritize and organize all work to meet deadlines and customer requirements
Create shipping labels and shipping documents via various platforms
Train, Monitor, Manage, and Motivate employees to continuously improve
Build and wrap skids for shipping
Load and offload truck using pump truck/forklift
