Role OverviewThe Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for the organization, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable using modern HR technology and can manage a team responsible for filling both high-level executive positions and lower-level roles.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Utilize modern HR technology to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both high-level and lower-level roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Proficiency in modern HR technology and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • 5-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
