  • Assess business problems via interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques by working side-by-side with Lifemark team members in clinics across Canada
  • Develop implementation plans with measurable results
  • Achieve buy-in for change from all levels of the business
  • Work alongside the Project Management Office to ensure that all implementations are kept on schedule, on budget, and deliver the expected results
  • Develop presentations, reports and briefing materials for executive-level audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Business Development
  • Build tools and templates to enable senior leaders across the organization to make informed decisions and understand the benefit to their teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operational excellence, continuous improvement, process improvement, change management, or a similar role
  • Experience assessing business problems as well as designing and implementing solutions that have led to measurable financial benefits
  • Experience working with technology and product teams to implement improvements which have a direct impact on day-to-day operations
  • Experience conducting operational and financial analysis which have led to insights which were presented to leadership
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with various business areas, such as Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, and Sales & Business Development
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with PowerBI
  • Willingness to travel across Canada to conduct on-site analysis and assessments at Lifemark clinics (Up to 25% of the time)
  • Valid driver’s license
Assets
  • MBA or business education
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare adjacent environments
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other training/certifications in similar methodologies
  • Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum or other tech development methodologies
  • Fluency and ability to conduct business in French
  • Experience creating executive presentations and presenting to senior leaders
