  • Lead and advise on the design and implementation of data models, integration points, and operational workflows for asset management solutions.
  • Act as Project Manager for report and interface development, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to capture requirements related to asset classes, trade lifecycle, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Oversee agile technical project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical and program documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and technical solutions.
  • Support the integration of platforms such as Aladdin, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
About the teamWe are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our AI and Data team as a Data/Tech Advisor and Report/Interface Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the delivery of data-centric technical projects, focusing on the design and integration of data models and operational workflows. Prior experience with wealth management or similar asset management platforms is highly advantageous. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful agile project delivery, manage RAID logs, and ensure comprehensive technical and program documentation.Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management roles specifically within data engineering, private markets, and database technologies (such as SQL or Snowflake), as well as data modeling, reporting, and working with APIs in the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience with data modeling, integration, and operational workflow design.
  • Prior experience with BlackRock Aladdin or similar asset management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of asset classes, trade lifecycle, portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile technical project delivery and RAID management.
  • Excellent skills in producing technical and program documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience with reporting and interface development in asset management environments.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
