- Receive all service calls, assess and prioritize customer needs, and assign a technician to perform the work
- Schedule regular maintenance inspection visits in accordance with maintenance contracts
- Follow up with technicians on work performed for customers
- Contact suppliers, evaluate bids, and purchase and deliver materials and equipment according to the work
- Evaluate and plan weekly labor requirements and adjust according to emergencies
