Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:
Network & IT InfrastructureDesign, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot company networks (office, labs, events, and demo environments).Ensure optimal performance and security of internal systems and services.Support IT/DevOps with infrastructure provisioning, updates, and incident resolution.Event and Demo Environment SupportAct as a technical resource for internal and customer demos.Accompany the team to industry events and trade shows to support infrastructure setup and live demonstrations.Help Desk & Device ManagementProvide remote and on-site help desk support for mimik employees.Manage and troubleshoot devices across platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.Endpoint management using Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager.Automation & SecurityAutomate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Use tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for network and system automation.Implement and manage security best practices: firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention systems (IDPS), and secure network segmentation.What you must have:2+ years of experience in system/network engineering or related roles.Solid grasp of core networking concepts, includingNetwork topologies, OSI & TCP/IP models, IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols, switchingFirewalls, ACLs, VPNs, IDPS, and network servicesExperience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.Nice to have:1+ year of experience with:Endpoint/device management (Jamf, Intune, Apple Business Manager)Cloud platforms: AWS, AzureVirtualization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Productivity tools: Office 365, Google WorkspaceFluent in EnglishSalary/Rate Range: $70,000 – $75,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
